Thank you for considering a donation to help send children to camp. By donating through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Voluntary Contributions

All donations are voluntary and made at your sole discretion. We do not require or pressure any individual to donate. Your contribution is deeply appreciated and will be used to support our school's fundraising goals.

2. Non-Refundable

All donations are final and non-refundable. As funds are immediately allocated towards camp costs (transportation, food, equipment, etc.), we are unable to process refunds once a donation has been made.

3. Use of Funds

Donations will be used strictly for the stated purpose of funding our school camp program, including expenses such as transportation, accommodation, meals, supervision, and educational activities.

4. Privacy and Data

Personal information provided through the donation form (such as your name and email address) will be used solely to process the donation, send confirmation emails, and issue acknowledgments. We do not share, sell, or trade your data.

5. Donation Acknowledgement

All donors will receive an optional acknowledgment via email. If you provide a message with your donation, we may publish it on our Thank You Wall unless you request anonymity.
